Emily Goes to the Bookstore

Emily loves trips to the bookstore, so I thought that she would appreciate it if I brought her with me today.

She started the day off with a cup of hot chocolate. This cup is a normal size for her, because she is used to living in the giant's world.

"Yum... I hope my lips don't melt."

 

"I know that the sign says 'Employees Only,' but I'll only bend the rules just this once... I've always wanted to climb up one of these! I mean, they wouldn't deprive a girl of a life-long dream, would they?" 

 

And up she went!

 

"OK, so one of the giants caught me climbing the ladder. I know I was wrong, but I don't have to be put in, um, what do they call it??? Oh yeah! 'Time out'!"

 

But she's was back to looking around, once the giant released her.

 

"Ooh! I love this game! So much fun! I should plan a game night sometime soon..."

 

"Red sunglasses! These match my outfit."

 

"Hmm... Too big for me."

 

"Ah! I've always wanted to read this book!"

 

"Mmm... Hmm..."
