Climbing Mount Purple Cloud- Part Three: Finale

Hey, y'all! Soooo... Here is the finale of Climbing Mount Purple Cloud! If you haven't read the first two parts, here is a link to part one and here is the link to part two.
---------------------------------

Anna had discovered a sparkling snow globe underneath the purple rock. The base of the snow globe was a sea-foam green and aqua color, with gold scrolling and jewels along the sides. The orb encased a beautiful mermaid with red hair and a green tail, while little bits of glitter sparkled as they floated along in the water.
"Wow!" Anna exclaimed. She handed the globe over to Kristoff as she said, "This is so pretty! I wonder why that pirate would have hidden something so beautiful away from the world?"

Kristoff held the snowglobe, and his little heart started to fill with a swell of awe.
"Yeah, this really makes me wonder why the pirate hid it away too..."

Kristoff set down the heavy globe, and Sven licked it.

"Well," Olaf interjected. "That pirate had a pretty interesting story to tell me when he asked me to watch over his treasure." Olaf cleared his throat, then began the story.
"That pirate's name was Indigo Mantonya. He traveled all across the seven seas, pillaging and plundering everywhere he went! He became extremely rich, but no riches in the world could compare to what he discovered on a little island in the middle of nowhere."
"What did he find?" Anna asked, breathless.
Kristoff just nodded, completely enraptured by the story.
Olaf smiled, then answered, "He discovered a cove. It was in that cove he found... Her." Olaf nodded down at the globe.
Anna cocked her head in disbelief. "This snow globe was his most important treasure?"
Kristoff's eyes lit up. "Wow! We're going to be rich, Anna!"
Olaf burst out into a fit of chuckles. "No, no! He discovered a real mermaid, just like the one in the snow globe, with long red hair and a shimmering green tail. He actually made this snow globe in honor of her. When he discovered her, the mermaid was badly wounded from a bullet that one of his fellow pirates had shot at her. The pirate Mantonya nursed her back to health, but along the way, he fell in love with her. She loved him as well, but as these stories always seem to go, their romance wouldn't last." Olaf looked sad for the first time since the trio had met him. "Once the mermaid was healed, she left the cove and joined her family in the sea. She never told Mantonya her name, but she did give him a lock of her hair to remember her by. Mantonya was heartbroken, and in his sadness, he crafted this globe to always remember her. He hid it here in the mountain, and he told me about it, so that I could keep it safe from the other pirates. He died quite a while ago, but his treasure has remained here until this day. And now you have it!" Olaf's face slipped into a grin again.

"Wow," Anna said. "That is such a sad story!"
Kristoff looked down at the snow globe, processing this new information. "I didn't hear all that stuff last night when the story was told. I just found out that there was supposedly pirate treasure up here on the mountain..."
"And to think, this globe was a token of that pirate's love for the mermaid!" Anna's eyes widened.
Kristoff bit his lip. A token of his love... he thought. He then looked up at Anna and said, "Anna, I think you should have the snow globe."
"Oh, Kristoff!" Anna exclaimed. "Are you sure? I mean, you're the one who found out about the treasure in the first place!"
Kristoff nodded firmly as he handed her the snow globe. "I want you to have it."

"Thank you, Kristoff," Anna said, standing up to give him a hug.
"You're welcome, Anna."

----------------------------------

And thus ends the story of how Kristoff, Anna, and Sven discovered a pirate treasure and an odd snowman on Mount Purple Cloud. How did you like the story? I had fun writing this for y'all, and I hope that you enjoyed it!

Elsa and Anna- Collab With Emma

Hey, y'all! Today I have a special post for you- a collab with Emma from Wack-A-Doodle-Dolls! We went to the park this past weekend and brought our dolls along with us to take some photos. Enjoy!

Anna and Elsa were sitting on a large tree's roots, pondering what they should do on this gloriously sunny fall day.

"You know what?" Anna said. "I'm gonna climb some trees!"

"Oh, Anna, you really shouldn't. You could fall and hurt yourself!" Elsa protested.

"Don't worry about me, Elsa! I've climbed plenty of things before without hurting myself!" Anna smiled, then she muttered quietly, "Although, there have been plenty of times I have hurt myself..."

Anna's first tree was the one that they were sitting on.

"I will conquer you, tree!" she said with determination.

Once she had reached the top, she sat down to catch her breath. Then she called down to Elsa, "Elsa!! Come join me!"
Elsa frowned slightly, but she decided to give it a try. But she quickly found that she wasn't able to make it up. Elsa suggested a different tree that was nearby, and Anna said, "Sure! I'm not stopping with just one tree! There's a whole park FUUULL of trees to climb!!"

Anna, of course, reached the top of the tree first. She decided to lie on her stomach to see how high she had climbed. "Yeesh! This is pretty high up... It's AMAZING!!!"

She continued to look down, but her focus shifted to her sister, who was struggling up the tree. "Hey! Hurry up slowpoke!"

Once Elsa had finally reached the top, she sat down, breathing hard. "Oh, my! That... takes... a lot of... energy!"
"Yep, it's not all fun and games!" Anna agreed. "Hey, nice shoes!"

Once Anna had helped her sister climb back down the tree, they sat down on a low-hanging tree limb to let Elsa rest her tired muscles. Anna tried to think of something else to say to Elsa, once they were done commenting on how nice the weather was. Then she decided to take Elsa down memory lane with stories of their days back in Arendelle.

Suddenly, Anna burst out in a fit of giggles, saying, "Remember that time where I spilled cake all over your dress in front of the King of Efintosh!?"
Elsa laughed a bit, remembering how embarrassed she had been that night, "Yes, I remember!"
Then, Anna decided that she wanted to do a photo shoot in the park.

"No more trees for me!" she giggled as she made a leaf angel.

Anna discovered a tree with a name carved into it.
"Who in the world is KAY?" she wondered.

"OK, so I couldn't resist climbing one more tree!" she said with a smile.

The girls decided to take a shadow shot.
"I'm a T-Rex!!!" Anna announced as she tromped over to Elsa.

Anna and Elsa decided to finish their photo shoot with a nice shot of themselves.
"SELFIE!!!" Anna exclaimed.
"What's a 'self-ie'?" Elsa asked.
-------------------------------------------

I hope you enjoyed this photo story/shoot! I actually have a couple more photos to share with you, but I wanted them to be separate from the photo story.

See, I was at the park with Emma and her family, and we decided that it would be fun to rent a surrey. It's kinda like a car and a bike merged together. There are pedals that you push (like a bike) to get the surrey going, and then you steer with a steering wheel (like a car). There are two steering wheels in the front, but only one actually works. And if you need to stop, you don't pedal backwards, you pull down on this stick that is behind the steering wheel. It feels weird to not feel any resistance when you pedal backwards, because you feel like you should be slowing down, like in a bike!

It was so much fun, but it was hard at times, since you have to pedal up hills (or hop out and push!). It was definitely a workout. And guess who got to drive? This girl! It was the coolest thing! But anyways! I got to take a couple of photos of Anna sitting in the surrey.

Here, she's sitting in the seat of the surrey.

This is the seat in the very front of the rig, where little kids can sit. Someone left their ICEE behind.

"This is so exciting!" Anna said with a big smile. She got to come along on the ride- in my purse!

Here is a whole row of surreys! And of course, Anna is still super excited!

I hope you enjoyed "hearing" about my day at the park!

Anna from Frozen Classic Doll- Plus a Note

Today I opened up my brand new Anna Disney Classic Doll! I really loved the movie Frozen, so I was thrilled to add Anna to my Frozen Gang (as I call it). I have had her for a few days, but I just didn't get around to opening her. So here she is in all of her glory!

I took a picture of her in her box before I took her out.

Anna is pretty when she is inside of the box, but once I got her out from behind the plastic, I saw just how gorgeous she really is. The colors of her outfit are so vibrant, and her face is very accurate to the movie.

Look at how adorable she is!

Gettin' a bit sassy.

This is when Anna saw the beautiful mountain in the distance. She was adamant about climbing it right then and there.

"Here I go!" she grunted, as she began her ascent.

"Ha HA! I have conquered you, mountain!" Anna celebrated when she had reached the top.

She struck a pose for me, looking very heroic and adventurous, while inwardly, she was more like this...

Her inward emotions then came out.

She decided to sit down and take a breather before heading down the mountain again, allowing me a chance to take a picture of her stylin' boots.

Anna wishes everyone well. Or, in her words, "Bye!"

I wanted to let you know that I will most likely not be posting anything during this weekend. I will be back to posting on Sunday, the day that the Pumpkin Showdown winner is announced. If you haven't voted on which pumpkin is your favorite, then here is part one of the story (where you learn about the challenge), and here is part two (where the pumpkins are revealed). Also, if you haven't voted on the pumpkins yet, you have until Sunday to get your vote in. I don't mind if you vote on Sunday morning, but anytime after noon your vote may not count, because I might be working on the winner's post by then.

I have received all of your votes and wonderful comments, and I want to thank y'all for them here, since I'm not publishing the comments until after the competition is over. Thank you for all of your kind words about my writing, stories, and, of course, pumpkins!
I will talk to you on Sunday.
