Hey, y'all!
As you may (or may not) have noticed, I have been absent for an extended amount of time. I have a couple excuses for that-- one, school has been the dictator over my life for the past few months. It's a harsh master, but I'm conquering! I'm finishing up my current semester of college, and I'm taking the summer off from school. Which means I might have some things to share with y'all during those few blissful months. I'm not totally sure though, since the second reason I haven't been blogging is tied to that.
I've lost a lot of drive to take pictures for my photo stories. I've never really enjoyed taking the pictures for my blog, but I usually enjoy the writing process. I'm not a photographer-- I'm a writer. My inspiration to blog has disappeared. I've felt really relieved these past couple months to not have the pressure to post on my shoulders, which makes me wonder if I should just not blog at all.
But then I get kind of sad at the thought of not posting on this blog anymore. I'm not saying that I'm quitting right now or anything, but I'm saying I have seriously considered it (not trying to "scare" you guys or make you say "Oh, don't leave!" I'm just sharing my thought process). I've even gotten to the point where I told Emma and Jaclynn that I was going to stop, but now I'm second guessing that decision as well!
Soooo... I'm at an impasse I guess.
Also, another idea I have been toying with is if I should reveal to y'all who I really am. There are things that I want to do (make some videos specifically), and it might be more fun if I was completely myself, rather than some alter-ego. Even if I did reveal my identity, I would still go by Ginger Spice and would keep my blog's name. So no worries!
What are you thinking? Are you saying, "Yes! I want to know who you are!"? Or are you thinking, "It doesn't matter to me. I don't really care!"? Or maybe even, "Don't do that! You wouldn't be Ginger Spice anymore!"?
So anyways, this is what has been happening for me for the past few months. Leave me a comment below, and just let me know what your thoughts are concerning all this stuff I just laid on you.
